We want to make your wedding day the easy free and fun occasion you deserve. Your DJ will have already met with you in-person to discuss all the details, schedules, and special requests taking place. Music and lighting selections can be arranged to create the unique mood for both your ceremony and reception. Unforgettable Entertainment is more than willing to make announcements and help maintain the itinerary of events to ensure nothing gets missed during your celebration. We will remain as involved as you would like and dress appropriately to match your wedding's theme.  Remember we are here to make sure your wedding is unforgettable. If there is anything you would like on your day, all you need to do is ask.

In-Person Consultation

In your preparation consultation you will meet your DJ to discuss all the important questions and ideas you have for your wedding. This may include music and lighting needs and any special requests taking place. Other topics to discuss will be level of involvement of DJ, announcements, contract details, wedding size and location, and anything you feel we need to know. We will remain in contact with you to make sure all details are finalized. This meeting will take place at a time and location that is convenient for you, like after work at your favorite coffee shop. This provides you with service that fits into your schedule.

You will have the opportunity to let us know what songs we must play, should try to play, and SHOULD NOT play. We assure you that no songs or music genres will be played that you do not specify.
